To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method.

Please note that personalised items are made especially for you and can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. However, if you’d like to cancel a personalised order before it’s made and dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund — no problem.
