Welcome to Rough Day Club — trading under TavernCreative Limited. By placing an order with us through roughdayclubgifts.com you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Rough Day Club is a trading name of TavernCreative Limited, Company No. 11100975, VAT No. GB302033670.

All products are designed, printed and dispatched directly from the UK.
2. Products & Orders
We sell greeting cards and gift items through our website https://roughdayclubgifts.com/
Many of our products can be personalised. Personalisation details are submitted through the text box on the product listing or by contacting us directly for bespoke designs.
Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where information provided is incomplete, incorrect, or if stock is unavailable.
Dispatch times:
- Greeting cards: 1–2 working days
- Gifts: 2–3 working days
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment gateways offered at checkout.
Discounts and promotions apply only when a valid discount code is entered at checkout. Offers cannot be used in combination or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver both within the UK and internationally. Delivery options, including tracked and express shipping, are available at checkout.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and FedEx, depending on location and delivery method selected.
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier and work with you to find a resolution — this may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may return non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
Personalised items may be cancelled before the personalisation process begins but cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Please contact us first before sending any return.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, Rough Day Club will cover return postage.
- If you change your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Occasionally, we offer promotional discounts.
These codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotions are available while stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We always aim to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards. However, Rough Day Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including postal delays, courier errors, or loss of profit — arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
