1. Where are your products made?
All of our cards are designed, printed and packed in Ashford, Kent.
Our gifts are personalised here too, though some are made elsewhere depending on the product. If you’d like to know more about a specific item, just ask.
2. What kind of card stock do you use?
We use Fedrigoni Old Mill Bianco for every greeting card — a premium 300gsm off-white textured stock that looks and feels beautiful in person.
3. Are your cards blank inside?
Yes — all cards are blank inside as standard, but we’re happy to print a message for you at no extra charge.
4. Can I personalise my order?
Yes, most of our cards and gifts can be personalised. You’ll see a personalisation box on the product page if it’s available.
5. Can you make something bespoke?
If you’d like to tweak one of our existing designs or create something unique, just reach out through our Contact Page.
6. How long does delivery take?
Cards are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and gifts within 2–3 working days. Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with all costs and delivery options shown at checkout.
8. What couriers do you use?
We primarily use Royal Mail and FedEx, depending on the destination and delivery speed chosen at checkout.
9. Do you offer tracked or express delivery?
Yes — tracked and express services are available for both UK and international orders. You’ll find all options listed at checkout.
10. How will my order be packaged?
Cards are sent in board-backed envelopes to prevent bending, and gifts are packaged carefully with recyclable materials wherever possible.
11. Can you send a card directly to someone else?
Yes — you can select Send Direct to Recipient at checkout. Just enter their delivery address, and we’ll handle the rest.
12. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order seems delayed, please get in touch via the Contact Page. We’ll check with the courier and make sure it reaches you or arrange a suitable replacement.
13. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or amend your order if it hasn’t entered production yet.
Personalised items can only be cancelled before personalisation begins.
14. What’s your returns policy?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
15. Do I need to contact you before returning an item?
Yes — please reach out through our Contact Page before returning anything so we can guide you through the process.
16. Who covers return postage?
If you’ve changed your mind, the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover it.
17. Are your materials sustainable?
Yes — all of our card stock is FSC-certified, our envelopes are recycled, and we use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
18. Can I include a message inside a card?
Absolutely — we can print your message inside any card at no extra cost. Just add your wording in the personalisation box when ordering.
19. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Some products include optional gift wrapping or message cards — details are listed on each product page.
